Dan Pontarelli is a third generation member of a well-know family of real estate developers and builders. In 1986, along with two other members of the Pontarelli family, he helped organize Pontarelli Builders, specialists in townhomes, apartments, and condominiums. Dan struck out on his own and started Farmview Builders in 1994, focusing on custom homes. Now with his own employees and strong relationships with top-tier sub-contractors, Farmview Builders has grown into one of the premier homebuilders on the North Shore. Dan, his wife, Alison, and their teenage triplets reside in Glenview overlooking Wagner Farm, hence the company's name.
